Gina Giang Truong
There is nothing in family law that Gina Truong has not
mastered: divorce, legal separation, child custody,
pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, spousal
support, and domestic violence cases. Gina Truong has
proven herself able to negotiate and settle complex
transactions involving community property and assets,
and has published in area of family law.
Ms. Truong received her Bachelors degree at University
of California, Irvine, her law degree at Whittier Law
School and is fluent in Vietnamese.
Ngoc-Tram T. Tran
Tram Tran works on general civil and criminal litigation.
She comes to us from the Orange County District
Attorney's Office. She has litigated cases from large-
scale business litigation to DUIs.
Ms. Tran received her Bachelors degree at the
University of California, Irvine where she graduated cum
laude and was on the Dean's Honor List. She received
her law degree from University of California, Davis,
where she continued her stellar student career. For
example, Ms. Tran was the recipient of the Martin Luther
King, Jr., Scholarship, the Witkin Award for Academic
Excellence in Negotations, and was on the Moot Court
Honor's Board.
Ms. Tran is also fluent in Vietnamese.
